Return and exchange details
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item and return the item to us within 14 days. We will provide you with the return address. The items you return must be in unworn and undamaged condition, and all the original paperwork, certifications, and the box should be included. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it's in the same condition and we will issue your refund. Please note that customized items are non-refundable.
Care instructions
You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month.
Sizing details
Our rings are made to the U.S. jewelry industry standard sizes.
To learn about your exact ring size; we recommend to get your finger sized by at least two jewelers as they may use different methods. Please note that the sizes should be to the US standards. If you know your ring size in other units, message us and we'll provide you with a conversion chart.
Please be sure about your purchase size while you are shopping.
Because buyers are responsible for any resizing request after receiving their order. If you would like to resize your order it will cost 65$
Rush Order
Pending availability, we are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline. All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to fastest shipping method. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
Production Time
All Altay Jewelery styles are carefully handmade in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.
Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package was lost during transit. For domestic orders: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we can remake your order for a replacement fee. Note: Some packages may require signature confirmation. Please check with your postal service to ensure they are not holding the package. For international orders: Due to customs processes, we must wait 45 days before filing insurance claims. Insurance claims are time-sensitive and must be submitted within 90 days of the original shipment date.
